Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between GreenServices VTC and any client wishing
benefit from passenger transport services on reservation, in accordance with the regulations applicable to private hire vehicles in France.

Article 2 – Services offered

GreenServices VTC offers private passenger transport services, by prior reservation, primarily in Allauch, Marseille and the surrounding area. Long-distance journeys can also be arranged upon request.

Article 3 – Reservation

Reservations can be made:

The client must provide the following information:
– Date, time and place of departure
- Destination
– Number of passengers and luggage
– Any specific requests (child seat, etc.)

Article 4 – Prices and payment

Prices are quoted at the time of booking. They include pick-up, distance traveled, any waiting time, and selected options.

Accepted payment methods:
– Secure online payment via the website
– Bank card
- Species

Payment is due at the end of the ride except in the case of online prepayment.

Article 5 – Cancellation Conditions

– Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
– Less than 2 hours before: 50 % of the fare amount is due.
– In case of no-show without prior cancellation: 100 % of the amount is charged.

Article 6 – Delays and Responsibilities

GreenServices VTC is committed to doing everything possible to respect the schedules.
He cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond his control (traffic, strikes, bad weather, etc.).
The customer has a 15-minute free waiting period. Beyond that, a surcharge may apply.

Article 7 – Onboard Conduct

The customer agrees to observe the rules of civility on board the vehicle. It is forbidden to:
– Smoking
– Eating or drinking without permission
– Damage the vehicle
In case of damage, the costs will be charged to the customer.

Article 8 – Personal Data

GreenServices VTC collects personal data only for the purpose of managing reservations.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data by simply sending a request to: greenservicesvtc@gmail.com.

Article 9 – Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction where GreenServices VTC's registered office is located.
